Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying grief, old hurts, or big life changes on your own. You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, even though you’ve tried to “push through.” In our work together, you’ll have a calm, nonjudgmental space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to heal at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

For over 25 years, I’ve supported children, adults, and families through depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss. I draw on Family Systems Theory to understand how your relationships and past experiences shape what you’re facing today, and I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and practical tools to help you build new patterns, coping skills, and hope.

What you can expect from me

In session, you can expect warmth, attentive listening, and concrete strategies you can use between visits. We’ll set clear goals together and break them into realistic steps so you can see and feel progress—whether you’re working on personal growth, healing from loss, or improving relationships.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded and supported, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You don’t have to sort this out alone. Reach out to schedule a first session, and we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit for you.
