Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children and families. I am a registered play therapist, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy trained, Reiki certified, and an animal-assisted play therapist at Level I.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm an intuitive therapist who uses a somatic approach. I love working with clients who want to live authentically and find their purpose. Many of my clients have experienced religious trauma and are looking to move forward on a new path.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space that fosters trust and helps clients feel comfortable opening up. I serve as a resource for clients, helping them process past events and create meaning from them. Through the skills they learn in therapy, clients can begin a new chapter in their lives that includes healthy boundaries, positive self-talk, confidence, and authenticity.
