Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I am a Registered Play Therapist and incorporate trauma-informed, somatic, and holistic approaches into my work. I am Reiki certified and an Animal-Assisted Play Therapist, Level I.

I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with are seeking deeper healing, greater self-understanding, and a more authentic way of living.

My approach to therapy

I am an intuitive, client-centered therapist who integrates somatic awareness, attachment-based work, and mindfulness into the therapeutic process. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe, seen, and supported in exploring both their inner world and lived experiences.

I often work with individuals who have experienced religious trauma or are redefining their beliefs, identity, and sense of purpose. My approach honors the connection between mind and body while helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

I also support clients in integrating transformative personal growth experiences into their everyday lives, helping them make sense of insights and create lasting shifts.

What you can expect from me

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. Together, we will explore patterns, process past experiences, and develop tools that support emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and self-trust.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are, while creating sustainable change in your daily life and relationships.
