Great to meet you!

I provide a supportive, creative space where young adults and adults can explore life's challenges through the healing process of art therapy. Using both creative expression and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I help clients better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence as they navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and work or career-related stress. Whether words come easily or not, art can offer a powerful way to process experiences, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I offer a humanistic, client-centered approach that meets you where you are. Through art therapy and talk therapy, I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, build resilience, reduce stress, and create meaningful, lasting change. No artistic experience is needed.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other, discuss your needs, and see if we're the right fit for your journey.
