Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. My background includes working in intensive outpatient programs, group therapy, and private practice, which has given me experience supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change. Outside of my work, I value creativity, connection, and fostering resilience in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, while always keeping the whole person and their relationships in mind. I believe therapy works best when we focus not only on the challenges but also on your strengths, helping you build tools for growth, healing, and long-term well-being. Whether you are coming in as an individual, a couple, or a family, I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where real conversations and meaningful progress can happen

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and comfortable space where the focus is on getting to know one another. As a systemic thinker, I want to understand not just what brings you to therapy, but also how your relationships, environment, and daily life shape your experiences. We won’t “rip the bandage off” right away instead, we’ll start by building trust, creating a sense of safety, and talking about what feels most important to you.

I believe therapy works best when it feels personal and connected, so I like to learn about your favorite activities, hobbies, or even the shows and stories you love yes, I’m an anime fan myself! These personal interests often become powerful tools in therapy, helping us frame challenges in ways that feel natural and relatable to you. By the end of the first session, you’ll have a sense of how we’ll work together, and you’ll know that this is a space where your whole self struggles, strengths, and passions is welcome.
