Great to meet you!

Stories are a huge part of my approach to therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and that clients are the experts on their lives and I feel honored to enter into that space with them. I incorporate techniques from narrative, collaborative, somatic, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral-based interventions. I graduated with my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University (Go Wildcats) in 2021 and have been practicing since.

My approach to therapy

I hope to create space for people to be seen, heard, and loved so meaningful change can happen. I strive to empower clients to believe they are capable of growing and healing the areas of their lives they feel stuck in. I integrate many treatment modalities for each client because everyone is unique and their needs are different, but overall, I want therapy to be a collaborative process.

What you can expect from me
