Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping individuals navigate life’s transitions using a mindfulness-based and person-centered approach. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Whether you’re managing the demands of parenthood, adjusting to a new phase of life, or seeking more balance day-to-day, I strive to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences and develop tools for lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness, collaboration, and compassion. I believe that each person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to meet clients where they are with curiosity and respect. Together, we work to build awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools to support healing and growth.

I integrate mindfulness-based techniques, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive-behavioral strategies, and trauma-informed care to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. As a certified trauma-informed yoga practitioner, I also draw from somatic and grounding practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies and foster a sense of safety and presence.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can process challenges, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring your goals, and identifying what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what support feels most helpful for you.

I view therapy as a collaborative process, so we’ll begin setting intentions and outlining a plan that aligns with your needs and comfort level. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the path ahead.
