Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they can't seem to change. They may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, setting healthy boundaries, or constantly second-guessing themselves. Others discover that lifelong challenges with organization, focus, emotional regulation, or relationships may be connected to undiagnosed or late-diagnosed ADHD.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience, I provide a supportive, collaborative space where adults and adolescents can better understand themselves without judgment. I believe lasting change begins with insight, self-compassion, and practical strategies that help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies while recognizing that symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, attachment patterns, and boundary struggles often interact in ways that create cycles of overwhelm and self-doubt.

Rather than treating each concern separately, we'll work together to understand how these patterns connect so therapy feels clear, manageable, and meaningful. Along the way, you'll develop practical skills to reduce anxiety, establish healthier boundaries, improve relationships, strengthen self-confidence, and make decisions with greater clarity. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while creating lasting changes that support your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you'd like to achieve. There is no pressure to have everything figured out—this is simply the beginning of your journey.

Together, we'll identify the most important areas to focus on and create an initial plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer understanding of how we can work together to help you move forward.
