Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're trying to balance work, relationships, parenting, and the expectations you place on yourself. I am passionate about helping women, moms, preteens, and teens navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, self-esteem challenges, and life's many transitions. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience in behavioral health, I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll work toward your goals and create your happy.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership. My approach is warm, supportive, and goal-oriented while providing a safe space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without judgment.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating techniques from other evidence-based approaches when appropriate. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, improve communication, strengthen self-confidence, and build strategies that can be applied in everyday life. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop resilience, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, your goals for treatment, and any important background information that may help guide our work together.

My clients often tell me they feel relieved after their first session because they finally have a space dedicated to their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. My role is to help you feel supported, understood, and confident in taking the next steps forward.
