Great to meet you!

Welcome to a space of warmth, non-judgment, and compassion! I enjoy working with people who are on a journey of self-introspection and discovery. You are the expert of your own life - I am here to help empower you with an approach of gentleness and humor. My work experiences include treatment of eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, grief, and perfectionism. I have extensive experience with college-aged and K-12 students from my time spent as a university counselor and school social worker.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based. I am trained in ACT, an evidence-based treatment model that utilizes acceptance, upholding values, and mindfulness practices. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, and EFT (emotions-focused therapy).

What you can expect from me

My goal is to empower you to live your life according to your personal values. You are the expert of your own life and I am here to help you learn coping skills, improve dynamics in relationships, and build upon the strengths you already have. If you are looking to live intentionally and mindfully, we can work together to help you begin your progress towards a more fulfilling life.
