Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Casey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I have a background in working with clients across the lifespan and specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, caregiver stress, and self-esteem concerns.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and solution-oriented. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions while feeling supported and understood. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with elements of mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to tailor treatment to your unique needs.

I believe that therapy is a partnership, and my goal is to empower you with the tools, insight, and confidence to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life. You don’t have to go through this alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I view therapy as a partnership, where we work together to identify goals, build insight, and develop practical strategies for meaningful and sustainable change.

I take a holistic approach to treatment, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with elements of mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. This allows me to tailor each session to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the individual.

I work with clients across the lifespan and have experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, caregiver stress, low self-esteem, and related concerns. I also incorporate a balance of support, gentle challenge, and empowerment to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as they navigate their personal growth journey.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where they can begin to share what brought them to therapy at their own pace. I prioritize building rapport and creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood.

We will spend time discussing your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I may ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and any challenges you’re facing. Together, we will begin to identify initial goals and explore what progress might look like for you.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share expectations, and get a sense of my approach to ensure it feels like a good fit. By the end of the session, you can expect a clearer direction for our work together and a collaborative plan moving forward.
