Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help with anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, trauma, and more. My approach is warm and collaborative, offering practical tools for day-to-day life while also exploring deeper things. I’m easy to relate to and welcome clients from all identities and backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in attachment theory, which focuses on how early relationships shape the way we connect with ourselves and others. Together, we explore patterns in your relationships, build insight into emotional responses, and develop a more secure, compassionate connection to yourself and those around you.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we're building rapport and trust. We'll get to know you, your goals, and what you hope things will look like when you're done with therapy. From there, we'll collaborate on a plan for treatment and work together to ensure that you're getting everything you need from this experience.
