Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the Clinical Director of an Intensive Outpatient Program, where I help individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and working with couples and families to improve communication and strengthen relationships. I also incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences in a structured and effective way. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself, gain practical tools, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning we work together at a pace that feels right for you. I believe the foundation of great therapy is a strong, trusting relationship where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. Using a warm, humanistic approach, I strive to create a supportive space where you can explore challenges, discover your strengths, and build lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my focus is on getting to know you, not just your challenges, but who you are as a person. You can expect an open-minded, curious, and judgment-free conversation where I listen with the goal of truly understanding your experiences. We'll begin building a strong therapeutic relationship so you feel comfortable, supported, and confident moving forward together.
