Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Casey. I offer personalized, evidence-based, holistic mental health care to help stressed out professionals, parents, and students regain their clarity, calm, and control. We'll work on your lifestyle, sleep, substances, and everything else that makes being human hard. Medications are helpful, but commonly not the whole solution. Whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, trauma, burnout, depression, or something you can’t quite name, we’ll work together to understand it and move forward.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We'll look at the full picture—your sleep, focus, stress, relationships, and more—and build a plan together. I use evidence-based medication management and holistic tools to support both immediate relief and long-term growth.

What you can expect from our first session

I want you to feel like someone has your back and I want you to have a clear next step forward. My goal is to help you make your own decisions based on your values. First we'll try to put out any fires, then we'll patiently start working on durable change.
