I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working in the field since 2020. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults. Specific treatment areas include parenting, maternity (infertility, pregnancy and postpartum), grief, and helping those with mental diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Anxiety.
My therapeutic style is down-to-earth and conversational. My approach is tailored to each client and can be anywhere from straightforward and direct to humorous and light. I enjoy working with parents as they navigate the hardships that can come with raising a family, those experiencing grief or life changes, and anyone who just feels they could benefit from some extra support.
My goal of the first session is to understand you and why you chose to start talking to someone. I aim to foster a warm, judgement-free environment where you feel comfortable disclosing the areas of your life that may be difficult to talk about.
