Great to meet you!

As a clinical therapist for 12 years I believe that having a good therapeutic experience can add to your life and those around you immensely. Getting started is often the hardest part so congratulations on taking this step! I work mainly with clients experiencing difficulty with relationships, including but not limited to romantic relationships or family. If you are needing help with changing unhealthy patterns and finding new ways of being in relationship this is my specialty. I also have experience working with neurodivergent issues with individuals and well as in relationships.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach, looking at all areas of life to help with overall functioning. We will partner to work on areas of your life that aren't working for you to find and implement new ways of being. I also often use enneagram information as a lens to look at behavior. It's important to me that you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and feelings, and I will listen while challenging and supporting you.

What you can expect from me

The initial session will allow for you to tell your story and what you are looking to achieve in therapy. The we'll work together to come up with goals and how to achieve those goals. I strive to provide a warm environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. We'll work together in future sessions to make those goals a reality.
