Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Arizona and have spent the past few years working as a therapist in the Tucson community. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities, neurodiverse clients, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. In therapy, I take a collaborative approach. We focus on what matters most to you and work together toward the changes you want in your life. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a person centered perspective, which means I believe a strong relationship built on trust and safety is the foundation for meaningful growth. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself and feel supported while we explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll work to identify your core values and find ways to take steps that align with them. I’m grateful for the opportunity to support people as they work toward growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a chance for us to get to know each other and start talking about what brought you to therapy. We’ll spend some time exploring the concerns or challenges you’d like support with. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for our work so therapy can focus on what matters most to you. My aim is for the space to feel comfortable, collaborative, and supportive from the very start.
