Anxiety, PTSD, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I specialize in EMDR and DBT and strive to help others make sense of complex emotions and thoughts. My specialties include trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, dissociation, thoughts of suicide, self-harm, and anxiety. My goal is to help reduce feelings of emotional pain and help others gain confidence, self-esteem, and experience a life worth living.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The goal in therapy is to feel safe, be client-led, and begin first by building trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. Without trust, it can be difficult to process difficult emotions. I’m flexible with clients’ needs, my style of therapy is tailored to each individual, and I’m empathetic while maintaining accountability and boundaries.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope each client leaves session feeling safer in their body, in addition to more insight into their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. My goal is for each session is to develop more coping skills and feel more confident moving forward.
