Great to meet you!

If you're the kind of person who usually handles things on your own, asking for help may not come naturally.

Many of the people I work with are used to being the dependable one. They're the person others count on, the one who pushes through stress, takes care of responsibilities, and keeps moving forward even when things feel overwhelming underneath the surface. Over time, though, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, or difficulties with focus and attention can start taking a toll.

I'm Casey, a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, stress management, and life's everyday challenges. My goal is to provide practical, effective therapy that helps you understand what's getting in the way and develop strategies that create meaningful change.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own, therapy can provide a place to regroup, gain perspective, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you build a life that feels aligned with your values.

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and strengths-based counseling. Together, we'll identify the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors contributing to anxiety, stress, trauma responses, or attention difficulties while building tools that help you respond more effectively.

I don't believe therapy is about becoming someone different. More often, it's about removing the obstacles that have been keeping you from functioning at your best and reconnecting with the strengths you already possess.

Many clients appreciate that our work stays grounded in real-life application. Insight is important, but lasting change comes from learning how to apply that insight outside of session.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to understand what's been weighing on you and what you hope to accomplish through therapy.

You don't need to have the perfect explanation for why you're seeking help. Many people come in knowing they feel stressed, anxious, distracted, disconnected, or overwhelmed but aren't exactly sure where to start. Together, we'll clarify your goals and create a plan that feels realistic and achievable.

My style is supportive, solution-oriented, and straightforward. I strive to create an environment where you feel respected, understood, and challenged to grow in ways that genuinely improve your quality of life.

You don't have to keep carrying everything alone. If you're ready to better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and create lasting change, I'd be honored to help you take that next step.
