Great to meet you!

When I'm not in the counseling room, you'll find me horseback riding, tending to my hobby farm, or serving my community as a volunteer firefighter. These passions aren't just hobbies — they're a big part of who I am. They've taught me the value of showing up, staying present, and caring deeply for others, and I bring all of that into my work with clients.

I'm truly glad you found your way here. It takes courage to reach out, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or PTSD, you don't have to navigate it alone. My work centers on helping you find relief from the weight of those symptoms while building real, practical tools you can use in everyday life. But we don't stop there — together, we'll also explore what truly matters to you, so you can start moving toward a life that feels meaningful and authentically yours.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll simply get to know each other. You can share what's been on your mind, what's brought you to counseling, and what you're hoping to experience on the other side of it. We'll begin to map out what success looks like for you — in your own words, on your own terms. And of course, this is your time to ask me anything and get a real sense of whether we're a good fit.

From the moment we sit down together, my deepest intention is for you to feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood. You deserve a space where you can just be yourself — and that's exactly what I'm here to offer.
