Great to meet you!

You may be holding it together on the outside while something inside feels stuck, anxious, or heavy. Maybe old patterns keep showing up. Maybe grief, trauma, or PTSD

has quietly shaped how you move through your days. I'm a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and the moments that ask more of you than expected. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and start building the tools and resilience that create real, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to you. We examine how your thoughts and patterns shape how you feel, then work on shifting the ones that are keeping you stuck. In our sessions, you will build concrete coping skills, practice sitting with difficult emotions, and develop strategies that hold up in daily life. For clients navigating trauma alongside substance use, I bring specific focused training for both.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a welcoming, low-pressure space built on trust. We will talk through what is bringing you in, your history, your goals, and any questions you have about

how therapy works. By the end of our time together, my goal is for you to feel genuinely heard, have a clearer sense of what the work ahead looks like, and leave knowing you are not facing it alone.
