Great to meet you!

Everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life, & therapy is a powerful tool in that journey. It takes setting goals, gaining insight into patterns, exploring solutions, and changing our habits behaviors to fully achieve wellness.

I believe in making the most of the time & people in our lives, even when those experiences are clouded at times by inevitable suffering. Its difficult to reflect on what exactly we need to thrive in each season of life- that is where I come in.

My approach to therapy

In contrast to traditional psychology’s emphasis on pathology and illness, I emphasize a strengths-based approach to treatment.

I utilize a goal-oriented, solutions-focused approach to wellness through working collaboratively with clients to identify maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors and carry out personalized interventions to promote lasting change. I utilizes a whole heath approach, collaborating with other professionals, and encouraging positive lifestyle change in many areas of life.

What you can expect from me

I love to build great relationships with my clients and try to treat everyone as if they are my only client. Expect a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, safe and uplifting. My role is to offer you insights into your experiences, advice on how to handle issues, and evidence-based treatment for mental health conditions. If you leave feeling more hopeful and clear on your goals and ready to take small steps in bettering yourself, the therapy is effective!
