Revitalize Psychiatry is a mental health practice located in Charlotte, NC offering medication management. We offer both telehealth and in patient appointments for those 21+. Casey is dual board certified as a nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health and family medicine. Casey sees each patient as an individual and not your disorder. As a team, we will design a customized and comprehensive care plan for your continued care.
