I specialize in perinatal mental health and work with women who are experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, reproductive trauma, infertility, and those who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.

I’m here to offer support and provide a space where all parts of your story, even the ones that may feel heavy, complicated, or sensitive, are welcome. My approach is rooted in compassion, presence, and focuses on helping you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself while in the process teaching practical coping strategies which can be used to find relief and restore your sense of self.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, hold a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology.. I have received advanced training in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).
