Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Casi, a licensed clinical social worker offering online therapy across Connecticut. I’m warm, a little humorous, and I value genuine connection. I work with children, teens, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, ADHD, anger, and trauma. Therapy with me is a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and not judged. I meet you where you are, help you recognize your strengths, and build confidence alongside you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. We’ll take it one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I bring warmth, honest feedback, and thoughtful questions to our sessions. Depending on what you need, I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to look at how thoughts and feelings shape each other, motivational interviewing to build the change you actually want, attachment-based family therapy to strengthen connection at home, and play-based and behavior management tools for kids and the parents supporting them. We’ll move at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what brings you (or your child) to therapy, and explore your goals. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental conversation, with no pressure to share it all at once. If you’re a parent, we’ll talk about what you’re noticing at home and what you hope changes. You’ll leave knowing what working together looks like and what comes next, and I hope feeling a little lighter and more heard.
