Great to meet you!

Are you an adult with ADHD trying to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and daily overwhelm? You're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m Casie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) with over a decade of experience. I specialize in supporting adults with ADHD through a lens that’s both clinically informed and personally experienced. As a woman diagnosed in adulthood, married to a partner with ADHD, and parenting a child with ADHD, I deeply understand the realities you're navigating.

My clinical background includes work in private practice, telehealth, and community mental health, serving individuals, couples, and families. I’ve supported clients across diverse settings—from therapy rooms to countywide program development—and bring that breadth of understanding into each session.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I take a collaborative and compassionate approach. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic theory, and Somatic Experiencing to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. While I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, burnout, and self-esteem issues.

Whether you’re learning how to manage ADHD symptoms for the first time or exploring how they’ve shaped your life and relationships, I offer a space where you can show up as you are—and work toward who you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a supportive space for reflection, insight, and meaningful change. I’ll help you explore the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—so you can better understand yourself and how you relate to others. Through this process, we’ll foster new ways of experiencing yourself and the world around you that extend beyond the therapy room and into your relationships, daily life, and personal growth.
