Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Casie, pronouns she/her/they/them.

I’ve been a counselor since 2019. My top 2 values are connection and humility. These values influence who I am as a therapist. I’m constantly coming from a place of curiosity and considering it an honor when people, who hold many different identities, feel safe opening up to me. I am an advocate for my clients within therapy sessions and outside of them on a more systemic level engaging in acts of allyship.

My approach to therapy

therapy is meant to be a place that you can discuss whatever is on your mind without fear or judgement.

it’s meant to be a space where you reconnect with yourself in a culture hell bent on disconnecting us from our intuition and body.

I’m here to help you cultivate your own inner peace and trust in your mind-body connection.

I’m excited to get to know you.

I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy as a modality and acceptance and commitment therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel validated and an enhanced mind-body connection. Clients will also learn tools to understand what their body is trying to communicate with them and protect them from. Clients will learn tools to cope with the wide variety of struggles life can throw at us and how to move through their emotions related to those struggles. Clients will also celebrate their strengths.
