Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy and have experience working in both addiction and mental health settings. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating substance use, anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I believe therapy is more than a place to talk—it’s a place to feel understood, challenged, and supported as you create the life and relationships you want. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, you don't have to figure it out alone. I strive to create an authentic, judgment-free space where we can have honest conversations, uncover unhelpful patterns, and work together toward meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help you better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll build practical skills for managing stress, regulating emotions, strengthening relationships, and creating lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where growth feels both achievable and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable from the very beginning. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring the goals you hope to achieve. I’ll meet you where you are and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your needs. Above all, you can expect a collaborative, compassionate environment where trust, understanding, and practical support are the foundation of our work together.
