Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with depression, carrying the weight of past trauma, or finding yourself stuck in relationship patterns that no longer serve you, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. Others are navigating grief, family challenges, relationship concerns, or major life transitions that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide a warm, supportive space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you better understand what's contributing to your current struggles, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, confidence, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and rooted in genuine connection. Your story, experiences, and relationships are unique, and therapy should reflect that. Together, we'll explore the patterns, emotions, and life experiences that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths that can support growth and healing.

My approach draws from evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic approaches. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, or life transitions, we'll focus on creating practical and meaningful changes that support long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable showing up as your authentic self.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, honesty, and practical support. Clients often leave therapy with greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, increased confidence, and a clearer understanding of themselves and their goals. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, empowered, and capable of creating meaningful change in your life.
