Great to meet you!

I work with children, adults, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, or shame. I bring extensive experience supporting individuals and families through emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, and I’m passionate about helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am certified in DBT and hold advanced certifications in complex trauma (CCTP-II) and shame-informed treatment (CSTS). Together, we focus on building insight, coping skills, emotional regulation, healthier communication, and stronger relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a supportive, welcoming space where we explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to change. We’ll begin identifying goals at a pace that feels comfortable and safe, while laying the foundation for healing, growth, and resilience. You don’t have to navigate this process alone.
