I have earned a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, completing my graduate coursework in May 2013. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). My counseling practice includes individuals and groups, adolescents and adults, substance use, mood disorders, and anxiety.

My approach to treatment is strength focused and client centered. I view the counseling relationship between the client and myself as a collaboration; my client is the expert, and I am a resource and a member of my client's support system.
