Great to meet you!

I work with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and body-related concerns. I believe that mental health is deeply connected to the body, and that lasting healing happens when we care for both. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and integrative, recognizing that each person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.

Living with my own long-term health challenges has shaped the way I practice. It has strengthened my belief that our emotional and physical well-being are inseparable and has deepened my commitment to helping others find meaningful, sustainable paths toward healing.

I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I welcome people of all genders, identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences, and I tailor treatment to meet your individual needs and values.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in Anthropology, which informs my appreciation for the biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors that influence mental health. I completed a fellowship in Integrative Reproductive Mental Healthcare and am currently pursuing advanced fellowship training in Nutritional Psychiatry and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. I have also trained in gender-affirming care and am committed to providing evidence-based, inclusive care that honors each person's unique journey.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my practice is the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I view my role as a guide and an advocate, someone who walks beside you, offering tools of support. I offer traditional psychiatric medications as well as evidence-based holistic modalities. Together we find what works best for you, honoring your preferences, your values, and your goals.

What you can expect from me

I understand how much courage and energy it takes to reach out for support. If you're here, you've already taken an important first step.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll take time to understand what has brought you here, explore your goals, and learn about the experiences that have shaped your journey. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is to create a space where you feel listened to, respected, and understood. Together, we'll begin building a personalized plan that reflects your strengths, values, and preferences. With your voice as our compass, we'll work side by side to help you move toward greater resilience, well-being, and a life that feels more aligned with what matters most to you.
