Great to meet you!

I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety and depression, trauma, and body-related concerns. Having personally experienced body issues and significant health diagnoses over the past 30 years, I believe our mental health is inseparable from the bodies we live in. I believe the mind and body are deeply interconnected and that healing happens when we honor both. My practice is integrative, compassionate, and rooted in honoring each person's unique path to wellness, and I welcome all genders, identities, and lived experiences. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in Anthropology. I have completed fellowship in Integrative Reproductive Mental Healthcare. Currently, I am pursuing advanced fellowship training in Nutritional Psychiatry and Ketamine Therapy. I have also trained in Gender-Affirming Care and am passionate about providing safe inclusive spaces for all.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my practice is the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I view my role as a guide and an advocate, someone who walks beside you, offering tools of support. I offer traditional psychiatric medications as well as evidence-based holistic modalities. Together we find what works best for you, honoring your preferences, your values, and your goals.

What you can expect from me

I understand how much personal strength and energy it takes to reach out for support. If you are here, you've already taken a huge step. I am here to meet you where you are, and together we will find the tools to help you further along your path. I will make sure that you feel heard and understood along the way. With your voice as our compass, we'll walk this journey, side-by-side, toward greater ease and vitality, toward the health and peace you deserve.
