Great to meet you!

Regarding my professional background- I have been an RN since 2014, a Psych RN since 2016, and NP since 2022. My past occupational experience consists of working with developmentally delayed children, clients struggling with mental illness and substance abuse, clients with personality disorders, struggles with attentional difficulties and executive function, and clients experiencing acute psychotic disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My care and treatment are strictly client centered so I determine the best treatment plan and outcomes while working with my client. My clients are heavily involved in the treatment plans.

What you can expect from our first session

I listen carefully to your needs and work with you to set up the best treatment plan (whether that's med management, psychotherapy, utilizing CBT techniques, weight management, etc.)
