Great to meet you!

I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My style is warm, collaborative, and empowering — I believe you are the expert on your own life.

As a graduate of the University of Southern California, my training emphasized both clinical excellence and authentic human connection. I integrate CBT and DBT-informed approaches to help clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, navigating relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and shifting unhelpful thought patterns.

I was drawn to this work because I’ve seen how powerful self-awareness and skill-building can be in transforming not only how we cope, but how we experience ourselves and our relationships. I understand that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a grounded, supportive space where you feel truly seen — while also gently challenged to grow in ways that build confidence, clarity, and lasting self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and goal-oriented. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporate DBT-informed interventions to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Treatment focuses on identifying maladaptive thought patterns and behavioral cycles, increasing insight, and developing practical skills that promote psychological flexibility and resilience.

I work with clients to establish clear treatment goals and measurable progress, while maintaining a supportive therapeutic environment that encourages accountability, self-efficacy, and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know you — not just the challenges that brought you in, but also your strengths and what matters most to you. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to change or better understand, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic.

I’ll ask questions to gain a clear picture of your experiences, and I’ll also explain how my CBT and DBT-informed approach can support you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we move at a pace that feels comfortable. The first session is also your opportunity to ask questions and decide whether you feel it’s a good fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead
