Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned therapist with more than 9 years of experience helping people live their authentic lives through honesty, humor, value, and a good plan. I believe in a direct, no-nonsense approach. I use an integrated approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs, strengths, and goals. I am passionate about helping clients identify opportunities for growth, recognize points of hope, and create realistic plans for meaningful change. I have experience working with teens, young adults, older adults, couples, and families. I support clients navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, chronic illness, and LGBTQ+ related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in honesty, humor, compassion, and practical problem-solving. I believe every individual has unique strengths and the potential for growth. I work alongside my clients to identify opportunities for growth, shift unhelpful perspectives, and create realistic strategies to overcome obstacles. I believe meaningful change happens when individuals feel empowered, understood, and supported. I enjoy helping individuals discover new ways of approaching life’s challenges by finding creative, nontraditional solutions that align with their values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative environment where they can share their experiences at their own pace. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer understanding of the path forward.
