Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional counselor, I believe one of the greatest assets we have is human connection, I strive to bring this to every session. I am passionate about your healing, and very much look forward to taking the journey with the individuals I work with.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, there are no short cuts. I am honest, yet compassionate. Every session, is just as unique as every individual. There is no "right" way to do therapy. We learn, and we adjust as we go.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will spend a lot time getting to know you and your goals for therapy. I will offer suggestions, advice and coping skills as needed. I always give individuals something to think about or focus in in between sessions to assist with their healing journey.
