Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a doctorate in clinical psychology (Ph.D) and a level II Certified Addiction Counselor (CACII). Formal education, practicum, and internship formed the foundation of my 35 years of clinical experience in hospitals, community mental health, treatment court, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

As a dedicated and compassionate cognitive behavior therapist I am ready to take this journey with you in individual, family and couple’s therapy. No one comes to therapy as an empty slate but in therapy with me clients gain a much-improved understanding of themselves, their situation and their world.

What you can expect from me

My space with clients is supportive and nonjudgmental to foster growth. I specialize in trauma, grief, mood and psychotic disorder, alcohol and drug abuse, workplace struggles, and family and relationship issues.
