I am a licensed therapist in two states with 10 years experience in counseling. I graduated with my Masters in Behavioral Science majoring in Mental Health Counseling in 2015. I specialize in working with youth ages 5-19 and their families.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with individualized focus. I use CBT, solution focused and mindfulness-based interventions to support emotional regulation.
In my sessions I like my clients to take the wheel and I sit passenger. My goal is to guide and increase self-awareness while also supporting and encouraging my clients.
