Great to meet you!

I have dedicated my college years to focusing on mental health education. I obtained my Bachelors Degree at the University of Connecticut with a major in Psychology. I also graduated from Springfield College with my Masters of Education Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’ve worked several years for non-profit programs as an outpatient therapist and as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts for a community based outreach program.

My approach to therapy

I believe it is important to adjust my style to what is needed for the individuals I support, therefore I use an integrated approach. Everyone has their own set of goals they would like to achieve, so having access to all the tools is essential.

What you can expect from me

Everyone has the ability to help themselves and make the changes they need to make in order to live their best life. I am simply a tool to help foster that experience. You can expect to be heard, understood, and leave with a more optimistic view following our first session.
