Great to meet you!

If you have ever felt like therapy should feel less like a clinical exam and more like a meaningful conversation, you are in the right place. My goal is to provide a space where you can kick off your shoes (metaphorically or literally), take a deep breath, and finally feel heard. In my practice, I prioritize a relaxed session environment. I believe that true healing and vulnerability can only happen when you feel safe and comfortable. We aren’t here to check boxes or follow a rigid, cold protocol. We are here to explore the complexities of your life in a setting that feels grounded and authentic.

My approach to therapy

I provide specialized care for teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. Using IFS, CPT, and ACT I help you heal wounded "parts" and exploring new opportunities. Whether you're facing a career shift or a loss, I offer a safe space to untangle old patterns, explore the "why" and find a state of peace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about creating a safe space for your story to unfold. We’ll focus on getting to know you—not just as a list of symptoms, but as a whole person. I want to understand the world you live in and the unique experiences that have shaped you. It’s a collaborative, low-pressure conversation.
