Great to meet you!

I’m really glad you stopped by!

As a licensed therapist in the State of Virginia, I truly believe that taking care of your mental health is one of the most powerful steps you can take toward feeling grounded and supported in life. If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve been carrying a lot—maybe quietly, maybe for a while—and I want you to know you don’t have to navigate it all on your own. My work focuses on supporting adolescents and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I’m here to walk alongside you with understanding, openness, and encouragement every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy centers on creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel genuinely seen and supported without judgment. I help clients slow down, get curious about the patterns and emotions beneath the surface, and begin making changes that feel authentic and achievable. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what comes next, we move at your pace—sorting through what’s heavy, reconnecting with your strengths, and clarifying what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan, set meaningful and attainable goals, and work toward a version of life that feels more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
