Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are tired of surviving everything alone. A lot of the people I support are used to being “the strong one” — carrying anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficult relationships, self-doubt, burnout, or years of unspoken pressure while still showing up for everyone else.

As a Haitian Black woman, I understand how life experiences, identity, culture, and the spaces we move through can shape the way we see ourselves and navigate the world. Therapy with me is not about judging or “fixing” you — it’s about creating space for you to breathe, unpack what’s been weighing on you, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest, grounded, and real.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and deeply human. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up fully without feeling like you have to shrink yourself, perform, or have all the right words.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while building greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and self-trust. I’ll meet you with honesty, compassion, and support while helping you create change that feels real and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to slow down and get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping for — even if you’re still figuring that out yourself.

You don’t need to come in with everything perfectly explained or emotionally organized. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, understood, and a little less alone in what you’ve been carrying.
