I believe that the decision to seek help and finding a good match in a therapist are two of the hardest steps. Congratulations on taking those first steps!

I have been working in the mental health field in various positions since 2006. I obtained my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2014 and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2017. I have experience working with all age groups and a wide range of symptoms and diagnoses. I currently specialize in working with women.

My goal in a therapy session is to have you feel heard, seen, understood, accepted, supported, empowered, and gently challenged. We will work together to determine what goals you have for your mental and emotional health and wellness. I have past experience and training in CBT, DBT, trauma informed practice, and mindfulness. I aim to meet you where you are and provide you with the tools you need to achieve your goals.

Beginning with our first session and throughout our work together, my goal is for you to feel comfortable and supported. In our first session, I will ask questions to guide our discussion and provide the opportunity for you to begin sharing your background, what has brought you to seek therapy, and what your goals and expectations are.
