Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Cassie. I am a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been trained in EMDR and offer trauma-informed telehealth therapy. I have professional experience working with individuals with trauma, life transitions, and grief/loss. I am not only your supporter but also an encouragement to live the life you're striving for.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to highlight behavioral, thought, and emotional patterns that are not beneficial to your mental well-being and life goals through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use the importance of language and trauma-informed care to aid you in identifying more helpful narratives that fit your goals. I tailor every therapy session to meet your individual needs by using various resources or approaches that make you feel comfortable enough to challenge yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is to empower you through connection to transform life narratives that have left you feeling disconnected from your true self. I strive to use your strengths and provide skills/resources to allow you to become more in tune with your emotional needs. I'm not here to "fix" you, but help you find your path back to yourself after adversities, life transitions, grief/loss, etc.
