Great to meet you!

With over 15 years in behavioral healthcare, I have extensive experience supporting justice-involved individuals. I received my master’s degree in counseling from Regis University in Colorado and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My areas of expertise include working with people experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, as well as those navigating general mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

While each path is uniquely personal, we all share a universal need—to be seen, understood, and met with compassion. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences, relationships, and unresolved conflicts may be influencing your present behavior and emotional well-being. By developing deeper awareness, we will aim to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, your goals, and experiences that may be affecting your well-being. Together, we’ll begin identifying areas to explore and develop a path forward that feels right for you.
