Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who offers a warm, supportive, and collaborative space for individuals navigating life’s challenges. I believe therapy should feel empowering and practical, helping you build insight, resilience, and coping skills you can use in everyday life. My approach is individualized and growth-oriented, with an emphasis on supporting you in feeling more confident and capable of managing challenges independently over time.

I earned a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University in 2014 and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University in 2019. I am also completing a horticultural therapy certification through Rutgers University, reflecting my interest in holistic and nature-informed approaches to mental health.

Outside of my work, I enjoy gardening, cooking and baking, listening to and playing music, traveling, and spending time outside in nature.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused, with the belief that you already have what you need to grow—you just might need a little support along the way. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space that feels safe, relaxed, and judgment-free, where you can be yourself from day one.

Sessions move at your pace and are guided by your goals. We’ll focus on what’s working, gently unpack what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools you can actually use outside of therapy. I’m here to help you make sense of things, try new strategies, and celebrate progress as it happens.

I often think of therapy like tending to a plant: with the right environment, care, and encouragement, growth happens naturally. My goal is to support you while you build confidence, insight, and skills—so over time, you feel more grounded and capable of navigating life on your own.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure therapy feels like a good fit. I offer a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe being yourself. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to work on, and any questions you may have—moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I take an individualized approach, meeting you where you are and tailoring sessions to your goals and needs. Our work balances insight with practical coping tools you can use in everyday life. By the end of the session, my hope is that you’ll feel understood, a bit more at ease, and empowered with a clearer sense of next steps.
