Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I earned my Master’s degree from Loma Linda University and have been practicing since 2019.

I support individuals navigating career stress, burnout, life transitions, and the adjustments that come with stepping into new roles. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next direction, I work collaboratively with you to identify strengths, clarify goals, and create practical, realistic steps forward. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and I approach each person’s story with respect, curiosity, and care.

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative and empowering. You are the expert in your own life — my role is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

Please note: Legal, custody, or court-related documentation is outside the scope of services.

My approach to therapy

I practice from an eclectic framework with a strong foundation in solution-focused therapy. My work is client-centered and humanistic, emphasizing collaboration, respect, and the belief that growth happens within a supportive therapeutic relationship. I help clients identify their strengths, define realistic goals, and develop actionable strategies while honoring their lived experience and autonomy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where your needs and concerns are prioritized. I will begin by introducing myself and explaining how therapy works, especially if this is your first experience. From there, I’ll invite you to share about yourself — your background, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

We will begin identifying your goals and exploring what progress might look like for you. My intention is to make this first meeting as comfortable and grounded as possible. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable or intimidating, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and at ease.
