Great to meet you!

Greetings! Born and raised in Florida, I’m a licensed professional/mental health counselor in the states of CO and FL. I graduated in 2019 with my MA in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida in Tampa - & I have been practicing Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in both group and individual contexts (inpatient and outpatient settings) with various populations and levels of acuity since. Currently, I serve clients on an individual basis - and am working toward offering group therapy services as well. Whether you are a Coloradan or a Floridian, we can meet virtually via the Headway platform and/or in my Denver (LoHi neighborhood) office in-person. I also have limited availability to meet at a shared office/clinic in-person in Centennial. Contact me directly for more details and to coordinate such.

My approach to therapy

KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy) has been my specialty for 2 years. I’ve been exposed to the power of psychedelic use in a healing capacity for 15+ years, witnessing and experiencing firsthand the life-altering changes that come to fruition as a result.

My theoretical background includes (but is not limited to!) a solution-focused approach with some eclectic implementation of person-centered, CBT, DBT, and reality therapy based interventions. It is incredibly important to me that I provide therapeutic mental health services in a fashion that can help all of my clients better understand their purpose; better understand the world around them; and allow them to move through life with a sense of balance – while focusing overall on feeling like the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

My professional focus is education, preparation and integration support with medicinal and therapeutic use of ketamine. I work with individuals who are looking to get un-stuck, and I pride myself in my ability to relate to the human experience. This includes consultation/intake, medical screening (either with an affiliate NP of mine or medical provider of your choice), preparation sessions, ketamine experience sessions, and integration support after and in-between ketamine sessions for qualifying clients.
