Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when stress, emotions, or unhealthy patterns start taking over. Maybe you’ve turned to alcohol or other substances to cope, only to feel weighed down by guilt, shame, or frustration. Or perhaps anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles have left you feeling disconnected and unsure of your next step. As an MSW and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping adults navigate substance use, co-occurring mental health concerns, and life’s challenges in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical, blending CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing while keeping sessions client-centered and down-to-earth. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills, managing emotions, and improving relationships so you can create balance and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and comfortable exploring your experiences. Together, we will build the skills needed to help you grow, navigate challenges, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I am here to support and empower you throughout your journey.
