Great to meet you!

Sometimes life changes before you have a chance to figure out how to change with it. Whether you're becoming a parent, stepping into adulthood, healing from trauma, or navigating a new chapter, you may find yourself wondering, “Who am I now?” I help adolescents and adults work through anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life transitions while reconnecting with themselves and building confidence for what comes next.

I'm Cassandra, and I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating life's most meaningful transitions. I have a special passion for supporting individuals healing from trauma, women experiencing pregnancy and postpartum changes, and young adults finding their path as they move into adulthood.

My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow through life's challenges. Therapy with me isn’t about telling you how to live your life. It’s about creating space for you to understand yourself, work through what you’re carrying, while building on your strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in your strengths. We'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped you while building practical tools for managing emotions and navigating change. I draw from trauma-focused and narrative approaches to help you make sense of your story and create one that feels more like your own.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to figure everything out before you start therapy. Our first sessions are a chance to slow down, talk honestly about what's happening, and identify what you want to feel different. Together, we'll create a supportive space where you can build confidence, process what you've experienced, and move forward with greater clarity.
