Cassandra Paez is a fully licensed clinician. She has six years of experience in the mental health field, working with both adults and children. She is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Written Exposure Therapy, Play Therapy, and Gottman One Therapy, which she uses to support diverse populations. In her role, Cassandra provides mental health counseling for individuals, groups, and families within the community. Cassandra earned her master’s degree from Grand Canyon University, where her graduate internships included working with individuals with mental health challenges and observing inpatient crisis units serving those with intellectual disabilities and autism. Prior to her current role, Cassandra served as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate LPC-A on the children’s team at Emergence, After obtaining her LPC-A license, she joined The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Family Endeavors in El Paso in December 202. At her current employment as a LPC she is seeing the El Paso County Police Department, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, Veterans, and their loved ones throughout El Paso County. Cassandra enjoys working out, running, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring great food.
