I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about supporting people on their mental health journey. I work with children, teens, and adults, tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs. With a background in military service, I connect deeply with service members, veterans, and their families. I am also committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community.
My approach combines medication management with supportive therapy, focusing on collaboration and empowerment. I work closely with patients to address conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other complex mental health needs. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care.
During the first session, clients can expect a thorough assessment of their mental health history and current concerns. We will discuss treatment goals, explore coping strategies, and begin to develop a personalized plan for care. The session is designed to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as we start their journey toward wellness together.
